The Data Warehouse ETL Toolkit van Ralph Kimball, is een goed naslag werk voor iedereen welke wel eens met ETL programma’s te maken heeft gehad. Het enige nadeel van het boek is dat op alles diep wordt doorgegaan en daardoor af en toe wat saai is om te lezen. B.v. iedere technische persoon weet dat als men data uit een Database trekt en in een Data mart of Datawarehouse stopt dat men problemen krijgt met variabelen b.v. tijd en datum. Maar om hier vervolgens 20 blz aan te wijden met alle uitzonderingen tja dat is voor mij wat te veel tijdens het lezen en ga je over op blader tempo. Daar in tegen moet ik wel zeggen alles staat er in dus voor een naslag werk is het echt ideaal.
